1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pk58" or "we" or "us" means the operator of the pk58.app website and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pk58 platform.
• "Account" means the unique registered account held by a Player on pk58.app.
• "Services" means the online casino, sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming and ancillary services offered through pk58.app.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on pk58.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or free spins awarded by pk58 to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must stake to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable cash, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for immediate withdrawal subject to verification requirements.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the pk58 platform, or using any pk58 Services, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• Meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3;
• Agree to the pk58 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• Accept that pk58's decisions on all gaming outcomes, account matters, and disputes are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process in Clause 18.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use pk58's Services.

3.Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pk58. pk58 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.

3.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your country or jurisdiction. pk58 makes no representation that the Services are available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you access pk58 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in potential violation of local law.

3.3 pk58 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.4 If pk58 discovers that a Player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after investigation.

4.Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on pk58. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk58 login credentials. pk58 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

4.4 pk58 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pk58 support immediately.

4.5 Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. pk58 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

5.Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

5.1 pk58 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed.

5.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent government-issued document. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) may also be required.

5.3 pk58 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be forfeited as a result of pending KYC; however, they remain unavailable for withdrawal until verification is complete.

5.4 Providing fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

6.Deposits and Payment Methods

6.1 pk58 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. pk58 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

6.3 You may only deposit funds from a payment account in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other people's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallets — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

6.4 pk58 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to impose additional verification requirements on deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with your account history.

7.Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, pk58 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 1–3 hours; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–3 business days.

7.3 Withdrawals may not be processed until KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met.

7.4 pk58 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

7.5 pk58 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply fees to incoming transfers, for which pk58 is not responsible.

8.Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by pk58 are subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. General bonus terms in this clause apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

8.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method applies.

8.3 Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 25× to 40× the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion.

8.4 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%; table games 20%; slots 100%. The applicable contributions are specified in each promotion.

8.5 Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing low-risk or hedge bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

8.6 pk58 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.

9.Sports Betting Rules

9.1 All sports bets placed on pk58 are governed by the specific rules for each sport, as displayed on the relevant bet market within the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for betting purposes.

9.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk58 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault.

9.3 In-play (live) bets are subject to additional terms regarding network delays. pk58 is not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection during live betting.

9.4 If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be handled in accordance with pk58's event voiding policy, which is published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

9.5 PSL, international cricket, and other Pakistani sporting events are offered subject to availability and the applicable fixture calendar. pk58 does not guarantee coverage of any specific event.

10.Casino Game Rules

10.1 All casino games on pk58 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software independently audited by recognised testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. Game results are genuinely random and not influenced by pk58 or any other party.

10.2 Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual results in any single session.

10.3 In the event of a game malfunction, the affected game round is void and stakes are returned. pk58 is not liable for any losses attributed to a technical malfunction beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

10.4 Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each table and game variant, as displayed within the game interface.

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk58 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in any game or the platform;
• Using pk58 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
• Allowing a minor to access or use your pk58 account;
• Transferring your account to another person.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on pk58.app — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, and the pk58 brand — is the intellectual property of pk58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of pk58 content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

13.Privacy and Data Protection

pk58 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pk58.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. pk58 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14.Responsible Gaming

14.1 pk58 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (30 days to permanent).

14.2 Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately and are irrevocable during the elected period. If you wish to self-exclude, contact pk58 support via live chat or access the responsible gaming section of your account settings.

14.3 If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, pk58 encourages you to seek help from internationally recognised responsible gaming support organisations.

14.4 pk58 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account if there are indicators of gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

15.Account Suspension and Termination

15.1 pk58 may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

15.2 You may close your pk58 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to KYC completion.

15.3 Bonus Funds not yet converted to Real Money are forfeited upon account closure, whether closure is initiated by the Player or by pk58.

16.Limitation of Liability

16.1 pk58 provides its Services on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

16.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, pk58's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16.3 pk58 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

16.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

17.Amendments to These Terms

pk58 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of pk58 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

18.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk58 holds its operating licence. pk58 does not make representations regarding compliance with Pakistani domestic gaming law, which is the Player's sole responsibility to assess.

18.2 In the event of a dispute, you must first contact pk58 customer support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. pk58 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

18.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated by pk58's licensing authority. The decision of the dispute resolution body is final and binding on both parties.
